Insuring smooth working of the warehouse.
Minimise vehicle turnaround time.
Maximise storage capacity usage.
Insuring no breakdowns take place.
Timely mantainence of all machinery n cranes
Insuring all saftey measures are taken n implemented.
Handle all other operations n day to day working of the warhouse.
Must be able to manage a team of 30 plus employees.
